Can I take my loved one off site or overnight?

Yes, with conservators approval

Can my loved one drink or smoke?

Not only is this very unhealthy for the resident but also for the people around them.Alcohol may have an adverse effect with certain medications.

Do they get assistance with medications?

Yes, we provide medicine supervision, recording of medicine intake and the ordering and re-ordering of medication.

Where are the call buttons located?

One in the bathroom, one in the bedroom (near the bed).

Can I come visit when ever I want?

We have preferred hours that are more convenient for the residents. No visitors during baths [early morning] and getting ready for bed [late evening].

Do you take MediCal Insurancet?

Please call us to find out what MediCal options might be available to you and your family.

Do you have nutritional plans?

We always cater to any of our residents who have special dietary needs.

Can my loved one bring a pet?

Pets may be allowed under certain circumstances.

Can they swim in the pool?

At this time, swimming is not permitted at Mountain View Manor.

Approx 8am Breakfast, 12pm Lunch, 5pm Dinner.

Do you supply funiture?

Yes, we can supply furniture. However, if you prefer to create a certain atmosphere of home with your own furniture and pictures of course we welcome you to do so.

Yes, respite care is available
